Background
Ryan Kelly was born in Asunción, Paraguay, and he grew up in the US and Paraguay in a bilingual, bicultural household with an American father and a Paraguayan mother. He has spent half of his time in the US, mainly in the Washington, D.C. metro area, and the other half in Paraguay’s capital city of Asunción. He is an American Translators Association Certified Translator in the US and has a Sworn Translator’s License from Paraguay.
